Many of you are cleaning for another reason, but a lot of people are getting ‘to-do’ lists checked off or National Cleaning Week, and we wanted to share these three COFFEE TIPS with you. They’re not your common ‘rub coffee grounds on your skin for exfoliation’ tips, chances are you probably haven’t heard these before!
1. Getting coffee stains on your favorite white mug? Follow these easy steps!
- Pour a spoonful of baking soda into the mug
- Follow with warm water to the stain line
- Add a drop of dish detergent
- Let sit several hours (preferably overnight) and voila! Good as new!
2. Scour your pots & pans! The abrasive texture of coffee grounds are great for getting caked-on foods off your favorite kitchen utensils.
- Remove the Freshpack after brewing & cut the top off
- Add used coffee grounds to sponge with a little detergent
- Scrub, rinse well, and watch your pots & pans come back to life!
3. Clean your pets with coffee! Many flea-removal products contain harsh chemicals that can produce unwanted side effects.

- Rub the grounds through your pet’s fur after shampooing
- Rinse off and dry as usual
